Beijing Representative Office
	Qingyi Yu Chief Representative Mr. Yu has over 10 years’experience in corporate finance and the related areas. Prior to joining Somerley in 2006, he handled with cross border IPOs, M&As and corporate restructurings in KPMG Singapore and a Hong Kong financial services firm. Mr. Yu is a qualified professional accountant in Australia and a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants in England. He holds an MBA degree from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor degree of the Central University of Finance and Banking.
	Erina Guo Senior Manager Ms Guo has more than 5 years financial advisory service experience. Prior to joining Somerley, she worked in KPMG Singapore and a firm preparing to go public on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Ms Guo is a non executive member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She obtained a master degree in accounting and a bachelor degree in the international accounting from Tsinghua University, China.
	Michael Huang Senior Manager Mr. Huang has over 12 years on-hand experience in strategic investment and corporate finance consultant. Prior to joining Somerley, he was the General Manager of an investment firm and the Vice President of Lawton Group in Beijing. Mr. Huang obtained a MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor degree in Economic Law from the University of International Business and Economics. He is also a Chinese certified public accountant and a member of Chinese Institutes of CPA.
	Henry Wu Manager Prior to joining Somerley, Mr. Wu was a venture capital project director and financial analyst. He had years’ experience of corporate finance advisory work. Mr. Wu holds an MBA degree in finance from ULV.
	Ellie Liu Manager Prior to joining Somerley in 2005, Ms Liu worked as an auditor in KPMG Peat Warwick Huazhen Certified Public Accountants in Beijing for two years. Ms Liu obtained a M.A. degree in Commerce from University of Sydney in Australia.
	Nick Bancroft-Cooke Consultant Prior to joining Somerley, Mr. Bancroft Cooke was Senior Vice President and a founding director of an internet search engine Espotting. Espotting, a pioneer in pay-for-placement search, was built up and rolled out across Europe before successfully selling out to Nasdaq listed company Findwhat Inc (renamed MIVA) for US$170 million. Mr. Bancroft Cooke was also Managing Director of Espotting’s subsidiary companies in Spain, France and Germany. Mr. Bancroft Cooke holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science form University of Bristol, United Kingdom.
	Matthew Clearfield Analyst Prior to joining Somerley in 2008, Mr. Clearfield worked in the corporate affairs and financial communications departments of a leading chinese and international public relations firm. Mr. Clearfield has been living and working in China over four years and he is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin. Mr. Clearfield holds a BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and certificates of achievement in Mandarin Chinese from the China's Beijing Normal University as well as the Capital University of Economics and Business.
	Ever Xu Assistant Manager Prior to joining Somerley, Ms Xu worked as a general manager assistant and interpreter for two years. Ms Xu obtained a bachelor degree in English from South Central University for Nationalities, China.
	Chrissie Mu Administrative Assistant Prior to joining Somerley, Ms. Mu worked as a client service manager and translator for two years at MAXPro Insurance Broker Company. Ms Mu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages, China.
