The CorporActive Fund is an open ended special situations investment fund. The Fund is managed by Somerley Limited who adopts an event driven strategy in identifying opportunities in the Greater China markets. The Fund invests in listed and unlisted equity securities in situations including placing, rights issues, pre-IPO, rescue, relaunch, merger & acquisition, spin-off, re-rating and takeovers.
The Fund is only available to professional investors and has not been authorized by the Securities and Futures Commission for offer to the public.
The shares of the fund are not being offered or sold, by means of any document, other than to persons whose ordinary business is to buy and sell shares or debentures, whether as principal or agent, or in circumstances which do not constitute an offer to the public within the meaning of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) of Hong Kong or to ‘professional investors' within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) of Hong Kong and any rules made under that Ordinance.
