Somerley Group Limited is the holding company for Somerley Ltd a specialist financial services company based in Hong Kong with a Beijing Rep Office, Somerley China Associates Ltd and Somerley Asset Management Ltd.

Martin Sabine (B.A., M.B.A.)

Mr. Sabine was the founder of Somerley in 1984. Before setting up Somerley Ltd, he was head of the corporate finance division at a leading Hong Kong merchant bank, handling transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he had seven years' experience in the European and North American financial markets working in the corporate finance department of a London merchant bank and in the treasury department of a major international oil company. He has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of "CORPORATE FINANCE - Floatations, Equity Issues and Acquisitions", a well-known book on corporate finance. Mr. Sabine is Chairman of Somerley Ltd.

John Fletcher (C.B.E.)

Mr. Fletcher served as Executive Director of the Trafalgar Group for more than 20 years. Trafalgar Group's engineering and construction division, for which Mr. Fletcher was responsible, was the largest construction company in Europe at that time, with over 30,000 employees. Trafalgar was acquired by Kvaerner. Mr. Fletcher retired from the position of the Chairman and President of Kvaerner world wide operations in 1999. He also served as non-executive Chairman of Foster Stockbroking Pty Ltd when it opened its Beijing office.

Mr. Fletcher was an adviser to the British Government in 1980s and in 1996 was awarded the title of CBE (Commander of British Empire) for contribution to British industry. He was a member of the international advisory team to the Beijing Mayor in 1998 and was executive vice chairman of the construction supervision committee for the National Stadium to be used for the Beijing 2008 Olympics.

Mr. Fletcher's experience in overseeing major projects has given him extensive high level international business and financial connections, enabling him to provide key assistance to foreign and domestic corporations in their China transactions. Mr. Fletcher is also a Director of Somerley Ltd.

Jamie Cheung (B.Comm., A.S.C.P.A., M.B.A.)

Mr. Cheung has 10 years’ experience in corporate finance. Mr. Cheung graduated from the University of New South Wales and obtained his MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining Somerley in 1996, he worked in the audit department of an international accounting firm. Mr. Cheung has also worked in Cazenove Asia Limited in the corporate finance department, responsible for its merger and acquisitions advisory services. Mr. Cheung is the Chief Investment Officer to the CorporActive Fund.

Cecilia Fong (B.A., M.Sc., CFA, CPA, FCCA)

Prior to joining Somerley, Cecilia worked for the investment banking division of Macquarie and HSBC. At Macquarie, she was part of the corporate finance team providing advisory services to clients in the infrastructure sector with focus on China. At HSBC, she worked for the project finance advisory team and advised clients in the infrastructure and utilities sector in Asia.
